I had to have a personal identity check at the Burgess Hill Post Office because my local PO said their system was down - a very dubious suggestion because it is a system that needs to be working every day.
However, I had a very nice experience at Burgess Hill where PENNY, the counter staff member, helped me out with kindness, efficiency and a smile, whilst explaining the process to me.
Thank you for your help.

Today I visited to get my passport renewed and I was helped enormously by a charming lady who was perfectly happy to take and examine numerous photos until AI & I were happy! She made the process easy and knew exactly what she was doing.
I would thoroughly recommend this P.O. to anyone for passport applications.

The lady at the post office completed my rather complicated passport renewal with change of name for me.
Such great service with a smile.
Well done.
